Image   Antero (Terry) Rivasplata

Terry Rivasplata prepares and reviews environmental analysis documents for compliance with CEQA. He participates in land use planning projects, delivers seminars and courses on California’s planning and environmental laws, and writes documents that interpret environmental regulations. He is experienced in environmental analysis at the state and local levels. Terry manages CEQA-related projects and contributes to the preparation of environmental assessment documents for urban and rural planning projects. He provides CEQA instruction through University of California Extension courses and specialized classes for clients.
 


Image   Kenneth M. Bogdan, J.D.

Ken Bogdan is an environmental planner and attorney with more than 18 years of experience in managing projects for ICF Jones & Stokes. Mr. Bogdan specializes in analyzing issues regarding compliance with environmental laws and regulations, including the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Sections 401 and 404 of the Clean Water Act, the federal Endangered Species Act, and the California Endangered Species Act.

Ronald Bass is a Senior Regulatory Specialist with ICF Jones & Stokes. Mr. Bass has a professional and academic background in environmental planning and law. He has participated in a broad variety of planning and environmental studies as project manager and special advisor on the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
 


Image   Maggie Townsley

Maggie Townsley is a senior project manager specializing in managing the preparation of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documents and related regulatory compliance documents for federal, state, and local governments. Ms. Townsley also coordinates extensively with other federal agencies to secure related environmental permits and approvals, conformity determinations from the EPA, biological assessments and Section 7 consultations, and historic evaluations.
